- How do the necklaces fasten?
Ties of all necklaces are as pictured below. The shorter (about 27 inches) length necklace is tied with a knot at the back of neck. The longer (about 37 inches) necklace is tied with a bow or knot at back of neck, and extra fabric can be tucked under back of shirt. The longer necklace allows you to show more of the fabric if you desire. All necklaces have the "J.D'Melaine made especially for you" tag on one of the ties.
- What type of fudge do you make?
Different selection types of fudge are listed under "types" when adding an item to your cart. The options are as follows: Plain Chocolate, Chocolate with Pecans, Chocolate with Walnuts, Chocolate with Kahlua, Chocolate with Bailey's Irish Cream, Chocolate with Peanut Butter.
- What exactly is involved in a custom order?
A custom order here means that you can specify any combination of fabrics for the outside of a handbag, the lining of a handbag, the pockets (one fabric for all pockets), the straps, and you can choose either a red, blue, aqua or white toggle closure.
Or if you want a handbag or necklace made from a solid colored fabric that is not pictured (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, pink, brown, navy blue, maroon, forest green, hot pink or bright orange) simply ask!
- What is your refund/exchange policy?
If you are unhappy in any way with your purchase, simply let us know that you would like a full refund or exchange and send your order back to J.D'Melaine 1700 Sullivan Trail #166 Easton, PA 18040. Then either all of your money will be refunded or the item(s) that you want instead will be shipped.
